The Larson Crag is a striking, rocky and over 1600 m high mountain peak in the East Antarctic Victoria Land . In the Convoy Range, it looms at the north end of Staten Island Heights .
The United States Geological Survey mapped it based on its own measurements and aerial photographs of the United States Navy . The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named him in 1965 after Wesley Larson (* 1922), commander of USCGC Staten Island in Antarctic waters from 1959 to 1960.
