The Las Heras Glacier ( Spanish Glaciar Las Heras ) is a tongue of ice on the Wilkins coast of the Palmerland in the south of the Antarctic Peninsula . It is located in Smith Inlet as an extension of the mouth of the Clifford Glacier .

Argentine scientists named it after Juan Gregorio de Las Heras (1780–1866), a general in the Argentine War of Independence.
