  • The church of Santa María de Llas near Las Arenas is a single-nave late Romanesque building from the 13th century, but it was vaulted in the 18th century and a pillar-supported porch ( portico or galería porticada ) was added. The portal is - as usual in the region - on the south side. The church has been recognized as a cultural asset ( Bien de Interés Cultural ) since 1992 .

  • The Palacio de Mestas y Cosío dates from the early 18th century; it has a side tower and a coat of arms adorned facade with a balcony .
  • The Cueva de los Quesos de Cabrales is located on the southern outskirts and can be visited.
  • From a distance, the Palacio Navariego in Arangas is an inconspicuous building from the 17th century; however, its facade is adorned with several stone heraldic shields and has a representative central balcony. The lintel of the portal bears the year 1669.
