The Lashly Glacier is a short and wide glacier in East Antarctica, Victoria Land . It flows between the Lashly Mountains to the west and Tabular Mountain and Mount Feather in the east in a southerly direction to the upper section of the Skelton Glacier , which it reaches via The Portal , the mountain breakthrough between the Lashly Mountains and Portal Mountain .
Participants of the New Zealand team in the Commonwealth Trans-Antarctic Expedition (1955-1958) named him because of its geographical proximity to the mountains of the same name after the British polar explorer William Lashly (1867-1940), participant of the Discovery Expedition (1901-1904) and the Terra Nova Expedition (1910-1913).
