Laura Harrington

Laura Harrington (born April 29, 1958 in Ann Arbor , Michigan ) is an American actress .

Life

Harrington began her acting career in 1981 in the drama The Dark End of the Street , in which Ben Affleck also made his film debut. In 1984 she played a supporting role alongside Peter Weller and Ellen Barkin in the science fiction film Buckaroo Banzai - The 8th Dimension . In 1986, she starred in Stephen King's horror film Rhea M - It began without warning , alongside Emilio Estevez . Three years later she starred in Michael Mann's television movie Showdown in LA , which he rematched six years later as Heat . In the 1990s she had major supporting roles in Gilbert Grape - Somewhere in Iowa and In The Devil's Order .
