Laura Herberger
Laura Herberger (born December 31, 1860 , † July 7, 1942 in Buchholz ) was a native writer from the Ore Mountains.
She was single and lived in the Erzgebirge mountain town of Buchholz . She worked as an author for the Obererzgebirgische Zeitung . Since 1924 she gave a large number of her stories under the title De Hutz'nstub. Stories in Erzgebirge dialect published by Friedrich Seidel , which were so successful that by 1935 a total of ten parts were published by Verlag Friedrich Seidel, Obererzgebirgische Zeitung, Buchholz i. Sa., have appeared.
