Lauren Murray
Lauren Murray (* 1990 in London ) is a British singer. She gained notoriety in 2015 when she participated in the British version of the talent show The X Factor , in which she took fourth place.
life and career
Life
Lauren Murray was born in 1990 in London, where she also grew up. She started singing at the age of eight, and her father died in 2001. Prior to participating in The X Factor UK's twelfth season , she worked as a dental assistant.
Collaboration with Lonely
On February 14, 2014, Murray released her debut single Lala Land , a collaboration with the group Lonely.
X Factor 2015
In August 2015, the singer's first so-called audition was broadcast, in which she sang Somebody Else's Guy by Jocelyn Brown . She qualified for the boot camp and hit the live shows. Your mentor is Rita Ora .
She placed 14th on the British iTunes charts with the cover version of Lesley Gore's song You Don't Own Me .
