Laurie Johnson

Laurie Johnson (* 7. February 1927 as Lawrence Reginald Ward Johnson in Hampstead ) is a British film composer .

Life

Johnson gained greater fame through the theme music for the television series Mit Schirm, Charme und Melone and Die Profis, which were also successful in Germany . Especially for Mit Schirm, Charme und Melone , Laurie Johnson composed countless themes adapted to the respective episodes. His oeuvre includes film scores for more than a hundred films and television series.
