The Lausenbach is a left tributary of the Eger in the Fichtelgebirge (northeast Bavaria). It has its origin in the Häuselloh east of the town of Selb in the Wunsiedel district in the Fichtelgebirge , feeds the Wunsiedler Weiher and flows east of Hendelhammer into the Eger river. The name is interpreted as luz = "lurking, hiding place".
