The Law Dome is a large and 1395 m high ice dome on the Budd coast of the East Antarctic Wilkesland . It is almost circular, measures 200 km in diameter and rises immediately south of Cape Poinsett .
The ice dome was the subject of intensive glaciological and geophysical research as part of the Australian National Antarctic Research Expeditions from 1962 to 1965 .
