Le Rocher-Percé is a regional county municipality ( French municipalité régionale de comté, MRC ) in the Canadian province of Québec .

It is located in the administrative region of Gaspésie-Îles-de-la-Madeleine and consists of six subordinate administrative units (three cities, two municipalities and a municipality-free area). The MRC was founded on April 1, 1981, the main town is Chandler . The population is 17,819 and the area is 3070.3 km², which corresponds to a population density of 5.8 inhabitants per km².
