La Haute-Gaspésie (before May 27, 2000 Denis-Riverin ) is a regional county town ( French municipalité régionale du comté, MRC ) in the Canadian province of Québec .

It is located in the administrative region of Gaspésie-Îles-de-la-Madeleine and consists of ten subordinate administrative units (two cities, four municipalities, two villages and two unregulated areas). The MRC was founded on March 18, 1981, the main town is Sainte-Anne-des-Monts . The population is 11,870 and the area is 5050.5 km², which corresponds to a population density of 2.4 inhabitants per km².
