Lee Re (born March 12, 2006 in Gwangju , South Korea ) is a South Korean actress .

Life

Lee Re had her breakthrough as a child actress at the young age of seven in Lee Joon-ik's film Hope ( Sowon ) as the eponymous character. For her performance, she was named Best Supporting Actress at the Beijing International Film Festival . Before that, she had roles in three television series.

In 2014 she starred in the literary adaptation How to Steal a Dog , based on a novel by Barbara O'Connor . In 2015 she played the younger role of Shin Se-kyung in the historical series Six Flying Dragons . In 2016, she voiced little Yotsuha Miyamizu in the Korean dubbing of the hit anime Your Name . Lee Han then hired her for the film A Melody to Remember and gave her a small guest appearance on Innocent Witness in 2019 . In 2020 she will play one of the leading roles in Yeon Sang-ho's zombie film Peninsula .
