Lee Seung-jae ( kor. 이승재 ; born April 6, 1982 in Daegu ) is a South Korean short tracker .

Lee took part in the 1999 Asian Winter Games in Gangwon , but could not win a medal. He reached the final over 1500 m and was sixth. At the following Asian Winter Games in 2003 in Aomori Prefecture , he won silver over 3000 m and bronze over 1500 m.

At the Junior World Championships in 2000 he took fourth place in the all-around competition. The following year he won gold in all- around at the Junior World Championships in Warsaw .

He won silver with the relay at the 1999 World Championships in Sofia . In the following years he was able to win three gold medals at world championships with the relay. He won his only World Championship medal in a single run in 2003 in Warsaw with a silver over 1500 m. With the South Korean team he was able to win several medals at team world championships. He won gold once in 2004 in Saint Petersburg . He started at the 2002 Winter Olympics in Salt Lake City with the relay over 5000 m together with Ahn Hyun-soo , Kim Dong-sung , Min Ryoung and Oh Se-jong . However, they were disqualified in the finals.
