Leif Ivar Skagnæs (born November 20, 1903 in Norderhov , Norway ; † July 1, 1956 there ) was a Norwegian skier .

At the Olympic Winter Games in St. Moritz in 1928, Skagnæs was a member of the Norwegian winning team in the military patrol demonstration competition . Two years later he was able to achieve the silver medal at the Nordic World Ski Championships in Oslo in 1930 in the individual combination behind his compatriot Hans Vinjarengen .
