The Dagebüll pilot light is a precision sector light on the North Frisian North Sea coast in Dagebüll . The light cannon is located on a 20 meter high gray mast in the southwest of the Dagebüller pier, on which the terminus of the Niebüll – Dagebüll small railway is also located. The beacon was erected in 1988 and serves as a guide light for the Dagebüller fairway . When it went into operation, it replaced the old Dagebüll lighthouse . The facility is maintained by the Amrum suburb of the Tönning Waterways and Shipping Authority .
