Lena Steinbach (born October 22, 1992 ) is a German soccer player .

Career

Steinbach began her football career at FC Bensberg and later moved to TuS Köln rrh. for which she played until 2008, when the women's football department disbanded and moved to Bayer 04 Leverkusen. In Leverkusen, she played a total of 31 games in the 2nd Bundesliga in the following two years , before she became champions of the 2nd Bundesliga South with the team in 2010 and was promoted to the 1st Bundesliga . There she made her debut on August 15, 2010 against FCR 2001 Duisburg and scored her first Bundesliga goal on September 19, 2010 in a 1-0 win against Hamburger SV . In the 2011/12 and 2012/13 seasons Steinbach did not make any further Bundesliga appearances.
