Leo Brunnberg
Leo Brunnberg (born July 27, 1945 in Wickede (Ruhr) ) is a German veterinarian.
Career
Brunnberg studied veterinary medicine at the University of Munich , where he received his doctorate in 1974 . After further training as a specialist veterinarian for surgery (1978) and specialist veterinarian for radiology (1987) , he completed his habilitation in Munich in 1988. From 1991 to 1993 he was professor for small animal diseases at the University of Veterinary Medicine in Hanover . Since 1993 he has been Professor of Small Animal Diseases at the Free University of Berlin . In 2002 he was accepted into the German Academy of Sciences Leopoldina .
