Leo Fleischmann (dentist)

Leo Fleischmann (born March 1, 1871 in Úsov , † January 13, 1932 in Vienna ) was an Austrian dentist . He is considered a pioneer in investigating the dangers of amalgam fillings in teeth.

Life

After studying at the Universities of Prague and Vienna , Fleischmann obtained his doctorate. med. Afterwards he was head of the mercury investigation center at the Charité in Berlin . After completing his habilitation , he was offered a chair in dentistry at the University of Vienna.
