Leo von Rybinski

Leo Peter Paul von Rybinski (born June 28, 1817 in Sarnowo , † 1904 ) was a manor owner and member of the Reichstag .

Rybinski attended high school in Bromberg and Kulm and then studied for three years Jura in Berlin . After passing the exam at the Supreme Court, he worked for a year in the criminal department of the Berlin City Court and then retired from civil service. He then managed the parental manor on Debenz near Rehden in the Graudenz district .

From 1860 he was landscape deputy to the royal West Prussian landscape of Marienwerder and from 1870 to 1873 and from 1879 to 1885 he was elected to the Prussian House of Representatives. From 1871 to 1877 he was a member of the German Reichstag , in both parliaments he represented the Polish parliamentary group and the constituency of Danzig 4 ( Neustadt - Putzig - Karthaus ).
