Leonel Lisboa Marçal

Leonel Lisboa Marçal (born August 29, 1973 in Same , Portuguese Timor ) is a politician from East Timor . He is a member of the FRETILIN party .

Marçal studied law for five semesters at the Universidade da Paz (UNPAZ) in Dili . From 2012 to 2017 he was a member of the National Parliament of East Timor and a member of the Commission for Health, Education, Culture, Veterans and Gender Equality (Commission F). In the 2017 elections , he failed to move back to FRETILIN's 41st place on the list.
