Les Collines-de-l'Outaouais is a regional county municipality ( French municipalité régionale de comté, MRC ) in the Canadian province of Québec .

It is located in the Outaouais administrative region and consists of seven subordinate administrative units. The MRC was founded on December 4, 1991. The main town is Chelsea . The population is 49,478 and the area is 2032.6 km², which corresponds to a population density of 24.3 inhabitants per km².
