The Lestijoki is a river in Finland .

It has its origin in Lake Lestijärvi in Central Ostrobothnia . He leaves this at its northwestern end. The Lestijoki flows in a north-westerly direction past Toholampi and Kannus and after 110 km flows into the Gulf of Bothnia at Himanka .

The last kilometers before its mouth, the Lestijoki runs in the landscape of Northern Ostrobothnia .

There is a hydropower plant on Lestijoki near Kannus .
