Leung Chun-wing ( Chinese  梁峻榮  /  梁峻荣 , Pinyin Liáng Jùnróng , Jyutping Loeng 4 Zeon 3 wing 4 ; born January 20, 1994 ) is a Chinese cyclist from Hong Kong who competes on track and road .

Athletic career

From 2009, Leung Chun-wing was initially mainly active as a racing driver on the road and won a criterion series in Hong Kong. In 2012 he was junior world champion in the points race on the track and in the following year Junior Asian champion in the individual time trial on the road and together with Cheung King-lok in the two-man team . In 2015 he won five Hong Kong national titles on the track.

In 2016, Leung was nominated to start in the Omnium at the Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro ; he finished eleventh. In 2018 he won bronze in the team time trial on the road at the Asian road championships . He also won gold on the track at the beginning of 2019 at the World Cup in Minsk with Cheung King-lok in a two-man team, together the two drivers also became Asian champions and were also successful at the Asian Games .
