action

Jaya and Dushant have known each other since childhood. She realizes his talent and with the help of her father's wealth, she supports him as Dushant's parents are not rich. As they get older, they fall in love. At college, Sujit and Nisha also join the circle of friends. What Dushant doesn't know is that Nisha is also in love with him. A few years go by and Rajpal, Dushant's manager and confidante, advises Jaya to stay away from Dushant so as not to jeopardize his success, which has now set in. She agrees. During a tour around the houses, Dushant meets his school friend Sujit again, who takes him to see Nisha. Nisha has since bought Jaya's house and is now trying to seduce Dushant. Rajpal tries to warn Dushant about his friends, because neither Sujit nor Nisha or their father Dhingra have any good ideas.

Sujit and Dhingra try to get Dushant's fortune. Nisha wants him for himself, but he still loves Jaya. When she finally gets in touch with him, Nisha intercepts the conversation. She and Sujit show Dushant that Jaya wants money from him. He believes it and rejects her. Dhingra, a former business partner of Jaya's father, wants revenge on him. Jaya is run over. Dushant learns too late of his friends' betrayal through a conversation he overhears and plans to take revenge. But before he can do that, Sujit and Nisha are killed.

In the meantime, the police are investigating because Jaya's death was murder. The policeman Rahul is placed near Jaya's sister to find out what she knows and whether Dushant might be the culprit. Dhingra suspects that he will be the next to be killed. Jaya's father tells his daughter about it over the phone. Rahul is present, but has not yet been informed of the gangster's death. During a visit to the father, she finds the weapons and Rahul arrests him. He had killed Sujit, Nisha and Dhingra in revenge for Jaya and Dushant was also supposed to die because he believed he had Jaya on his conscience.
