Lieselotte Wollny
Lieselotte "Lilo" Wollny (born February 26, 1926 in Hamburg as Lieselotte Mädche ; † October 23, 2019 ) was a German civil rights activist and politician from Bündnis 90 / Die Grünen .
Wollny was the mother of five children, a housewife for a long time and also the manager of a small bakery. She was a long-standing member of the Lüchow-Dannenberg environmental protection initiative , of which she became chairman in the 1980s. From 1987 to 1990 she was a non-party member of the German Bundestag for the Greens ; it was elected from the state list in Lower Saxony. Then she switched to local politics. Lilo Wollny lived in Vietze in the Lüchow-Dannenberg district .
In 1998 she published her book It will collapse like a house of cards , which was described in an obituary in the taz on November 3, 2019 as "reckoning with the lies and tricks of the nuclear lobby".
