history
The Sparkasse was founded in 1887.
It was an institution under public law, whose sponsor was the city of Stadtlohn. Sparkasse Stadtlohn was a member of the Sparkassenverband Westfalen-Lippe , Münster , and thus the Deutscher Sparkassen- und Giroverband e. V. , Berlin and Bonn. She was a member of the nationwide liability association of the Sparkassen-Finanzgruppe. The legal basis was the Sparkassengesetz Nordrhein-Westfalen and the statutes issued by the Sparkasse's administrative board. The organs of the Sparkasse were the executive board and the administrative board. In 2009, Sparkasse Stadtlohn employed a total of 75 people.
Business alignment
The bank maintained addition to its headquarters another office in Breul. There were also three self-service terminals available.
