Lietuvos oro uostai ( LTOU ; German Airports of Lithuania ) is a state enterprise in Lithuania , which is responsible for the central administration of the airports in Vilnius , Kaunas and Palanga .

history

On November 7, 2013, Seimas passed the Law on the Reorganization Procedure of State Enterprises in Kaunas and Palanga . As of July 1, 2014, three airports (in Vilnius, Kaunas and Palanga) were independent, state-owned companies. The airport operators VĮ Kauno aerouostas (Kaunas Airport) and VĮ Tarptautinis Palangos oro uostas (Palanga Airport) were connected to the operator of Vilnius Airport VĮ Tarptautinis Vilniaus oro uostas after the reorganization . The name of VĮ Tarptautinis Vilniaus oro uostas was subsequently changed to VĮ Lietuvos oro uostai .
