Limni ( Greek Λίμνη ( f. Sg. )) Is a small town on the west coast of the Greek island of Evia, northwest of Chalkis . The population is 2,046. It belongs to the municipality of Mandoudi-Limni-Agia Anna in the Central Greece region .

Limni is a traditional fishing village and is located on the coast of the North Neuboic Gulf and is surrounded to the north by the Xiron Mountains (990 m) and to the east by the Kandili Mountains (1,225 m).

In ancient times there was an oracle of Apollo in nearby Orobiai . There are three monasteries in the vicinity: Agia Irini, a relatively young nunnery, Ossios David, a nationally known monastery, and Galataki , the oldest monastery in northern Evia.

Today tourism plays an important role in Limni. In addition to a number of hotels, the place offers a campsite, various cafes, restaurants, shops and a well-tended beach promenade. Limni also has a cinema and two schools.
