Lincoln Asquith
Lincoln Asquith (born April 3, 1964 in Birmingham ) is a former British sprinter .
At the European Junior Championships 1983 in Schwechat, Asquith won the 100-meter run in 10.34 s. He won bronze each in the 200-meter run and with the British team in the 4 x 100 meter relay .
In 1985 he was fourth in the 60-meter run at the World Indoor Athletics Games in Paris in 6.69 s . In the same year he won silver with the English relay at the Commonwealth Games in Edinburgh . In the cast Asquith, Daley Thompson , Mike McFarlane and Clarence Callender she finished in 39.19 seconds, 0.04 seconds behind the Canadian team.
Lincoln Asquith is 1.80 m and weighed 76 kg during his playing days. He started for the Birchfield Harriers and ended his career relatively early due to injuries. From 2006, he became a companion for the internationally successful visually impaired athlete Libby Clegg.
