Architecture and history
The two-storey villa was built in 1880/1885. In the center of the street, a slightly protruding risalit decorated with double pilasters dominates the building. An attic floor has been added in the area of the risalit . The house facade consists of bricks and plastering. The original windows (as of 2008) are framed by aedicules and frames.
The front garden is fenced off by a wrought iron grid.
