Linus spark
Linus Funke (born December 5, 1877 in Wachsedt , † March 24, 1961 in Munich ) was a German trade unionist and politician.
Career
From 1906 Funke was head of the Bavarian secretariat of the General Association of Christian Trade Unions in Munich. From 1912 to 1919 he was a member of the district administrator of Upper Bavaria. After the revolution in Bavaria in November 1918, he was initially a member of the Provisional National Council, then from 1919 to 1933 as a member of the Bavarian People's Party in the Bavarian State Parliament .
Under the ministers Anton Fehr and Karl Stützel , he was State Secretary for Labor in the State Ministry for Agriculture and Labor from December 18, 1929 to March 10, 1933. After 1945 he played a leading role in the reorganization of social labor law in Bavaria.
