The Lipen Glacier ( Bulgarian ледник Липен lednik Lipen ) is a 5 km long and 3.5 km wide glacier on the Anvers Island in the Palmer Archipelago off the west coast of the Antarctic Peninsula . From the eastern slopes of the Trojan Range it flows northeast of Paris Peak in a northeast direction to the head end of Patagonia Bay , which it reaches west of the Thompson Peninsula .
The Bulgarian Commission for Antarctic Geographical Names named it in 2010 after the village of Lipen in northwestern Bulgaria .
