As Lippisches city charter was from the 13th century a town charter along the lines of Lippstadt , Lemgo or Soest in the country lip . It spread mainly within the Hanseatic cities .

Lippstadt town law was created under the influence of the rights and privileges of Soest . The Lippstadt town charter was taken over for Lemgo (1245), Detmold (1263) and Rheda (1355). B. transferred to Hamm (1225), cf. Hammer city law . The town charter of Lemgo, for example, was given to Blomberg .

The Soest town charter recorded on the Schrae was also adopted for Lübeck . The Lübische city rights family emerged from the Lübeck city law .
