Liridon Vocaj (born October 1, 1993 in Peć ) is an Albanian football player of Kosovar origin.
Career
Vocaj began his football career in the youth of FC Kochelsee Schlehdorf , where he was active until 2004. At the age of eleven he joined the youth team of TSV 1860 Munich , where he went through all youth teams up to U-19. In 2012 he joined the second team and played a total of 52 games until 2014 for the team in the Bayern Regional Football League , in which he scored five goals. In the 2013/14 season he was officially part of the first team, but was not used during the season.
In the summer of 2014, after also testing at Chemnitzer FC , he switched to the Würzburger Kickers and received a two-year contract there. With the team he made it to the 3rd division for the 2015/16 season. He made his debut in the 3rd division on August 22, 2015 in the 0-1 defeat against SG Sonnenhof Großaspach . With the team he succeeded at the end of the season by winning the relegation against MSV Duisburg, promotion to the 2nd Bundesliga . In the summer of 2016, Vocaj signed a contract with third division club FC Rot-Weiß Erfurt , where he stayed until 2018. During the winter break of the 2018/2019 season, Chemnitzer FC announced the signing of Vocaj. However, Vocaj was not used at the CFC and was retired at the end of the season.
