In his youth, Benedict Dos Santos played for SpVgg Mössingen before moving to SSV Reutlingen 05 . In 2011 he joined VfB Stuttgart .
Benedict Dos Santos made his professional debut with the second team of VfB Stuttgart on May 7, 2016 in the 3rd league on matchday 37 of the 2015/16 season against 1. FC Magdeburg .
For the 2019/20 season, Dos Santos moved after Stuttgart's relegation from the regional league to third division promoted SV Waldhof Mannheim and received a two-year contract there. Dos Santos returned to the professional league on July 21, 2019 with his involvement in the Chemnitzer FC game against Waldhof Mannheim.
