Gerrit Gohlke (born March 12, 1999 in Darmstadt ) is a German soccer player . The central defender is under contract with SV Waldhof Mannheim .

Career

Born in Darmstadt, Gohlke started playing football in the area around the city at SV Reinheim as a G-Junior. He was then accepted into the U10 of Kickers Offenbach in 2008. With the club's B-Youth he was promoted to the B-Junior-Bundesliga in the 2016/17 season as champion of the U17 Hessen League . In May 2018, Gohlke played for the first time in the Regionalliga Südwest in a 5-1 win against TSV Schott Mainz . From the 2018/19 season , the defender was a permanent member of the first team's squad and ended the season with her in 5th place. In the following season , Gohlke made eleven first round games under head coaches Daniel Steuerungagel and Angelo Barletta and missed six more due to two reds.

At the end of January 2020, the defender was signed by third division club SV Waldhof Mannheim after the transfer was only planned for the following summer, and received a contract valid until June 2023. Gohlke first became active for the Waldhof when he was on the field for the association league team at the beginning of March . At the beginning of June 2020 he was called up in the back four after three nominations on the 29th third division match day in the away win at Hansa Rostock and played through.
