Lisa Stothard (born December 14, 1962 ) is an American actress and model .

biography

Lisa Stothard, 1.79 m tall, attended Wauwatosa West High School in Wisconsin from 1976 to 1980 . Her performance in the high jump of 1.74 m from 1980 is still at the top of the state's all-time student rankings. Lisa Stothard's mother, Arlene Wilson, headed one of the first two modeling agencies in Wisconsin since 1976 and finally, Arlene Wilson Management, one of the larger model agencies in the USA. After graduating from school, her daughter worked as a model herself, and her successes in Europe gave her mother important contacts there.

As an actress in the film, Lisa Stothard had her first revealing film appearances in the Italian erotic comedies Yuppies 2 and Italian Fast Food (both 1986). Also in Italy in 1987 she played one of the leading female roles in the comedy Montecarlo Gran Casinò . In the 1990s she had minor speaking roles in the US comedies Dumm and Dumber (1994) and Kingpin (1996). She also appeared in television series such as Ein Strauss Töchter and Sindbads Adventure . In 1998 she played a supporting role in the film Gia Beauty Prize with Angelina Jolie . In 1999 she starred in the female lead in the action film Bloodsport IV . In the same year Lisa Stothard married the leading actor Daniel Bernhardt . The marriage has a daughter (* 2003).
