The list is based on the standard list of fern and flowering plants in Germany . This represents a widely accepted reference for the unambiguous and scientifically proven naming of plant species (species) and other levels of the plant kingdom in the branch vascular plants ( Angiospermae , Gymnospermae , Pteridophyta ).
