The following list contains the cultural monuments identified in the monument topography in the area of the district Offheim of the city of Limburg an der Lahn , district of Limburg-Weilburg , Hesse .
- Note: The order of the monuments in this list is based on the address; alternatively, it can also be sorted according to the name, the number assigned by the State Office for Monument Preservation or the construction time.
The basis is the publication of the Hessian list of monuments, which was created for the first time on the basis of the Monument Protection Act of September 5, 1986 and has been continuously updated since then.

Late baroque wayside cross made of lime marble. High pedestal, with volutes at the bottom with the inscription: “Stand still, oh wanderer like me hanging on the Creutz. This is quite naked and just to bring you into my father's lap. Who reads this do not forget to leave before he speaks a Father our so that God may have mercy on us he also speaks God give him rest and also the eternal light. In honor of God and the bitter suffering of Jesus Christ, the Honorable Man Jakob Sehr Heimburger and Margarete read his housewife zu Ofheim and then Johannes Schlitt and Anna Maria Eheleuth von Niederdiefenbach. Anno Domini 1772 ". Base towards the front with a semicircular console, above it a slightly profiled base plate on which the high cross with slightly protruding cross arms rests. Relatively small body with head tilted to one side in the three-nail type with a narrow loincloth. | 1772 |

Romanesque tower from the 12th century. Today stone-faced masonry with wide corner pilaster strips on the upper floors. Neo-Romanesque west portal with inserted cube capital columns and archivolts with a central round bulge. Colorful glazed clover-leaf cross window in the tympanum field. Door leaves decorated with romanizing C-fittings. Original entrance on the first floor on the east side now walled up. In the two ornamental upper floors one or two bifor windows with central pillars, partly merging into fighters. Above each a round arch frieze between the pilaster strips. On the north side at mid-height there are two notch windows. A steeply rising pyramidal spire crowned by a cross and a weathercock. Stylistically to be compared with the south tower of the former collegiate church St. Lubentius in Dietkirchen , which can be seen as the architectural model of the church tower. | 1125 to 1175 |

Built in 1888 by the Limburg architect Jakob Fachinger. Gothic brick building with a strikingly steep gable roof and central projection. Under the eaves pointed arch frieze, on the gable sides rising stair frieze. Floor-dividing cornice made of bricks of different colors. Wall surfaces are decorated with artfully made wall anchors. In the center of the pediment of the risalit on the console the figure of the Good Shepherd under a metal canopy. | 1888 |
