This is a list of cities in Sao Tome and Principe .
By far the largest agglomeration in São Tomé and Príncipe is São Tomé with a population of 62,174 (as of January 1, 2005). This means that around 40 percent of the country's population is concentrated in the capital region.
The following table lists the cities with more than 2000 inhabitants, the results of the census of August 4, 1991, August 25, 2001 and May 13, 2012 as well as the district to which the city belongs. The population figures refer to the actual city without the suburbs.
