Pantufo is a small village in the northeast of the island of São Tomé in the Água Grande district in São Tomé and Príncipe . The village is located about three kilometers southeast of the capital São Tomé on the island's coast. According to official estimates, Pantufo had around 2,200 inhabitants in 2005.

Like many places in São Tomé and Príncipe, Pantufo also lives largely from tourism , which is why there are many holiday homes and offers for tourists. Due to its proximity to the capital, the international airport of São Tomé is only about six kilometers from Pantufo, which is why the place can be easily reached by tourists.
