Catholic parish church hl. Koloman ObjectID: 6269 |
KG location : Ebenthal |
The parish church hl. Koloman is originally a small baroque building from the 17th century with a likely Romanesque core, which was changed from 1831 to 1840 and expanded with a much wider central building. The classical facade is simply designed. The west facade is structured by double pilasters and a large, central lunette window and has a blown volute gable with vases above a profiled cornice. A wide central building with a round choir and lunette windows adjoins the simple nave. In the north there is a small sacristy. The three-storey tower, probably Romanesque in its core and in its current form from the mid-19th century, has a corner block and is crowned by double acoustic windows and a pointed helmet. |
