The parish church of St. Jakobus the Elder is a uniform baroque building with a mighty nave , high arched windows , strict structure of pilasters, a retracted choir and a three-storey west tower with arched sound windows and a baroque onion helmet. In the south there is a two-storey sacristy and a stone portal with a curved roof.

Dürnkrut Castle is a four-wing moated castle with a dominating gate tower, which is located on a hill in the middle of the village. The remarkable complex consists of the dominant, two-storey Renaissance building around a square courtyard, surrounded by bastions with round bastions and a partially preserved moat as well as the originally symmetrically designed Meierhof complex from the 17th century to the west, which was originally symmetrical and facing east, of which only the two-storey south wing has been preserved. The facade of the building was essentially designed in the 17th century.

The two-storey south wing of the Meierhof in the east of the palace has been preserved, the core of which dates back to the early 17th century and was later changed several times. The simple facade has a profiled cornice. On the ground floor there is a sala terrena , an elongated barrel-vaulted room with stitch caps and rich exotic landscape paintings from the fourth quarter of the 18th century. Remains of the former walling with a mighty pillar portal with a mixed atlases can be seen towards the street.

The Jewish cemetery in Dürnkrut covers an area of ​​1,661 m² and borders the local cemetery. The area was bought in 1904 by the Chewra Dadischa Dürnkrut.

The parish church of St. Ulrich is raised in the west of the village and was originally surrounded by a cemetery. It has a Romanesque nave from the 13th century and an early Gothic, polygonal closed choir from the early 14th century. In the second half of the 17th century, the church was redesigned and vaulted.
