The former toll house is located in the area of ​​the gorge-like valley exit north of Grossarl. The two-storey block building on a base on the valley side was built in 1680/81 in place of a previous building and has been continuously renovated since then, most recently due to the increasing traffic.

The late baroque hall church stands, surrounded by the cemetery, on a slope in the eastern part of the village. The north tower with its onion helmet rises above the three-bay church interior, which is not structured on the outside. The altars and the pulpit date from 1770.
