List of Indian ambassadors in Bhutan

In January 1968 the Indian government sent Brijbir Saran Das to Bhutan as chargé d'affaires . He resided in the Jungshina paper mill called India House. In 1978 the Indian diplomatic mission in Thimphu was upgraded to an embassy .
