Tshering Tobgay
Tshering Tobgay (born September 19, 1965 in Haa , Bhutan ) is a Bhutanese politician and was Prime Minister of Bhutan from July 2013 to August 2018.
Tobgay is a founding member and chairman of the People's Democratic Party (DPD). He studied mechanical engineering at the University of Pittsburgh and administrative science at Harvard University . After working in the Ministry of Labor and Human Resources from 2003 to 2007, he was opposition leader in the Bhutanese parliament from March 2008 to April 2013 .
