The Venezuelan Embassy is located at 2nd Troitsky Pereulok 4, in Moscow .

The government of Isaías Medina Angarita recognized the government in August 1945, Josef Stalin and let her Ambassador to the Court of St James's to be accredited in Moscow. The delegation councilor José Antonio Marturet and the delegation secretary Roberto Gabldón acted as chargé d'affaires in Moscow.
