The Litell Rocks are ledges in East Antarctica Victoria Land . In the Usarp Mountains, they rise 8 km east of the northern end of the Morozumi Range from the lower section of the Rennick Glacier .
The United States Geological Survey mapped them using the United States Navy's own surveys and aerial photographs from 1960 to 1962. The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named them in 1964 after Richard J. Litell, public relations officer at the National Science Foundation , who between Had participated in four Antarctic summer campaigns in 1960 and 1964.
