Little Teddy Recordings is a Munich independent label and music publisher . It was founded in 1991 by Andreas "Andy" Freiberger and Armin Kasper.
Freiberger and Kasper originally founded the label to market the songs of their disbanded band The Bartlebees . According to the label, the company's name is based on teddy bear figures called “Big Teddy” and “Little Teddy” from stories by the British children's writer H. C. Cradock . The label owners also ran the Schwabing music club “Prager Frühling” from 2002 to 2007 in the rooms of the former “Babalu Bar” (1950s to mid-1990s).
